Role Description The Senior Disputes Consulting Professional is a full-time hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role focuses on leading and supporting engagements involving complex disputes, regulatory matters, and risk assessments where data and controls are central to the issues at stake. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed analytical reviews of client data and documentation, developing investigative work plans, and preparing clear reports, presentations, and expert-level materials for internal and external stakeholders. The professional will collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide management consulting support, including recommending improvements to internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes. Additional responsibilities may include mentoring junior team members, contributing to client training sessions, and supporting business development through thought leadership and proposal input.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including data evaluation, problem-solving, and the ability to interpret complex financial, operational, and legal information.
• Demonstrated consulting experience, with a focus on disputes, investigations, regulatory matters, or risk management in data-driven organizations.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce clear written reports, present findings to senior stakeholders, and collaborate across teams.
• Experience delivering training or coaching on risk, controls, or dispute-related topics to clients or internal colleagues.
• Background in management consulting, corporate investigations, forensic accounting, compliance, or related advisory services.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, law, data analytics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CAMS, CFE) are a plus.
• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within consulting firms, financial institutions, or complex corporate environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
