What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Assistant position at Global Credit Union?
Overview
Reports To: Varies by location
Primary Functions: Answering the telephone and managing the switchboard. Greeting and escorting clients and visitors to the proper party. Maintaining the professional image of the Credit Union to callers and visitors. Assist the AVP in administrative support and marketing activities for the mortgage office.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not Applicable
Experience/Skills: One year of office work. Must be able to operate a multi line telephone system. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written. Must be able to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and maintain professional demeanor midst constant interruption. Must be friendly, organized and enjoy dealing with people.

Compensation
Mortgage Assistant (Category 14)
Salary Pay Range: $45,633 - $66,624 annually. Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
