Overview
Reports to: Consumer Lending Title Supervisor
Functions Supervised: None
Primary Functions: Process titles, UCC filing and other security instruments to perfect the credit union's lien.

Qualifications
Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not Applicable
Experience/Skills: Need to be self-motivated, resourceful, with high attention to detail and the ability to proactively seek solutions. Must possess excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and robust analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have an ability to learn new computer systems.
Tenure: Consumer Lending Title Specialist II or III, Category 13 or 12, requires meeting proven acceptable performance standards as established by management. Directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure.
Compensation
Salary Pay Range:
- Consumer Lending Title Specialist I (Category 14): $45,633 - $66,624 annually
- Consumer Lending Title Specialist II (Category 13): $49,284 - $73,391 annually
- Consumer Lending Title Specialist III (Category 12): $53,226 - $81,405 annually
- Senior Consumer Lending Title Specialist (Category 11): $57,484 - $90,230 annually
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
