Overview
Reports To: Business Loan Assistant Manager
Functions Supervised: None
Primary Functions: Coordinate a variety of tasks associated with commercial loan origination and servicing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: N/A
Experience/Skills: Two to three years commercial loan documentation experience with increasingly responsible experience in a related position, preferably within the business and commercial lending area or comparable member service related position. One year direct public contact experience preferred. Strong internal and external customer service skills. Ability to respond to inquiries or issues from members, regulatory agencies or business community participants. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be able to prioritize multiple tasks.
Tenure: Loan Assistant III, Category 11, requires twelve months tenure in the Loan Assistant II position with performance that meets or exceeds expectations and a promotion recommendation by the supervisor or manager. Directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure.
Compensation
Salary Pay Range:
- Business Loan Assistant I (Category 13): $44,803 - $66,309 annually
- Business Loan Assistant II (Category 12): $48,387 - $73,549 annually
- Business Loan Assistant III (Category 11): $52,258 - $81,523 annually
- Business Loan Assistant IV (Category 10): $57,484 - $90,825 annually
- Senior Business Loan Assistant (Category 09): $63,233 - $101,804 annually
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
