Your Daily Role:
- Collaborate with your team, fostering a spirit of cooperation and shared goals.
- Handle intricate deburring tasks, minimizing waste and maximizing output.
- Strategically plan deburring methods and employ the correct tools to meet finish specifications.
- Utilize deburring equipment to guarantee product excellence.
- Detect and solve production issues with appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in your workspace.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring safety as a priority.
- Keep meticulous records of production data.
- Adhere to our Quality Management System, upholding the highest standards.
- Ensure workflow is balanced and deadlines are met.
- Take on additional responsibilities as the job requires.
Skills You'll Need:
- Must be over 18 years of age and authorized to work in US.
- Knowledge of deburring tools and precision measurement is advantageous.
- Ability to comprehend technical documents and blueprints.
- Physically fit to perform a range of tasks.
- 3-5 years in grinding within a precision environment is preferred.
- Understanding of GD&T principles.
