We are seeking a Test Lead (SW Qualification Testing) to technically lead a team of test engineers and drive high-quality software validation for automotive applications, particularly in Battery Management Systems (B

MS).The role involves leading testing efforts across system and software levels, reviewing test plans, solving complex issues, and ensuring quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer), HIL systems, and a deep understanding of AUTOSAR/ASPICE, ASW/BSW testing, and communication protocols such as CAN, J1939, and

LIN.
