Job Description:
- Years of Experience: 5~7 yrs
- Has good understanding of Powertrain Fixture design Or BIW & Welding
Experience in:
- Powertrain Jig design based on the specification document
- 2D detailing as per customer Standards
- Part list creation
- Pneumatic/Hydraulic drawings for the equipment functions
- Kinematics definition
- Experience in taking design from concept through manufacturing and installation.
- Able to perform basic engineering calculations to size machine components.
- Able to analyse problems and implement improvements in existing designs and equipment.
- Knowledge of metal removal cutting tools.
- Project management experience
- Perform basic FEA simulation using SolidWorks
- Offshore coordination, scheduling & good communication
- Interact with Client and stakeholders located at different location across North America & Canada to get required inputs and understand requirement
- Open to Travel
- SOFTWARES: Solid work 2020, AutoCAD (MUST), MS OFFICE (MUST)
