We are looking for a Hardware Lead to drive end-to-end hardware design, development, and validation for embedded/automotive systems. The role involves leading a team, ensuring quality design, and supporting system integration.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead hardware design & development (schematics, PCB, system architecture)
- Define HLD/LLD and review design outputs
- Oversee component selection, circuit design, and board bring-up
- Drive debugging, testing, and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards
- Collaborate with software, validation, and system teams
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team members
- Support customer discussions and technical reviews
🛠️ Required Skills
- Strong experience in hardware design (analog/digital, PCB design)
- Knowledge of embedded systems and ECU hardware
- Experience with schematic tools (Altium, OrCAD, Cadence)
- Understanding of power, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC
- Hands-on debugging and lab testing skills

- Experience in automotive or EV domain
- Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262)
