Job Description
We are looking for an Automotive Systems Feature Engineer to support Feature Assurance Engineering (FAE) activities and lead feature validation across multiple vehicle systems. The role involves coordinating with Feature System Engineers (FSEs), creating validation plans, executing test activities, and managing issues throughout the feature lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver FAE milestones and ensure feature signoff alignment with FSE.
- Develop and execute validation plans (functional, performance, FuSa, cybersecurity, regulatory).
- Select test environments (Breadboard, HiL, vehicle) and determine SW/HW pedigrees.
- Provide test cases to tester teams and support full validation execution.
- Lead issue triage, defect documentation in JIRA, prioritization, and resolution.
- Maintain real-time JIRA dashboards, track open issues, and ensure traceability of test artifacts.
- Prepare validation reports, VSCS signoffs, DRPs, and technical presentations.
- Develop test cases including negative, edge-case, and stress tests.
- Support quality issues, VoC/AIM concerns, and feature robustness improvements.

Qualifications
