Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Growth Manager to spearhead our business expansion and operational excellence. This pivotal role bridges the gap between high-level strategy and boots-on-the-ground execution. You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, enhancing client retention, and optimizing our human capital by overseeing the recruitment and performance of subcontractors and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Execute strategic initiatives to acquire new commercial and residential accounts while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Conduct bi-weekly and monthly follow-ups to ensure contract compliance and long-term satisfaction.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead the hiring process for staff and subcontractors; coordinate community hiring events and manage organizational recruitment standards.
- Operational Oversight: Partner with Area and General Managers to ensure quality control standards are met; ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Executive Collaboration: Participate in daily briefings with the CEO to report on growth metrics, progress, and market opportunities.
- Performance Analytics: Conduct regular performance reviews for staff and subcontractors to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in Business Management, Sales, or Operations.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a mastery of professional telephone etiquette and face-to-face networking.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, and CRM/Project Management software.
- Certifications: Ability to complete OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen training (provided upon hire).
- Logistics: Must have a reliable vehicle for travel to client sites and hiring events, along with a functional smartphone.
- Professionalism: Consistently maintain a business-to-business casual dress code.
Compensation & Growth Path
This position is designed for a high-achiever with significant income upside. We provide a tiered onboarding structure to support your transition into a high-commission environment.
- Phase 1 (Days 0–30): Onboarding and training. A base rate of $16.00/hr is provided for administrative and office-related tasks, supplemented by commissions on any contracts secured. A 30-day performance review will determine long-term fit.
- Phase 2 (Days 31–60): Targeted growth phase. Focus shifts toward establishing a proven track record of new business and subcontractor optimization.
- Phase 3 (Day 61 ): Full transition to a 100% commission-based model with industry-leading rates. This phase offers the highest earning potential for successful managers.
Note on Commission: Contract bonuses are processed once client payments have cleared (typically 30–60 days from signing). Specific commission percentages will be disclosed during the interview process.
