Commercial cleaning

We are seeking both **part-time and full-time** professional individuals to provide independent cleaning services to customers in Morganton North Carolina.

Hours and days vary. Part-time hours are typically 7:00 am to 1:00pm, 1:00pm to 6:00pm, 6:00pm to 11:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Full-time hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Saturdays. We provide services to our customer 6 days a week.

We also have an additional opening for Sunday through Friday, off on Saturdays. 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. each day.

Your own dependable transportation is a must. You must have valid identification / driver's license along with a social security card or identification number that has been provided by the social security administration. This will be documented Prior to an offer.

These positions are located in the Morganton area. *

Qualified candidates must have your own dependable transportation and a working smartphone with an assigned number. Our system will not work with text now and similar services.

Qualified candidates should be willing to work a flexible work schedule including weekends depending on the need of the customer. Must be able to occasionally lift 30 to 40 lb during a shift.

Preference for individuals with prior cleaning experience or commercial / janitorial experience. We will train to our company standards.

*This is not a temporary position.

Qualified candidates must be dependable and demonstrate the ability to be on time to provide services to our customers. Must have your own dependable transportation and drivers license. Must have the ability to lift 30 to 40 lb multiple times during your shift.

These positions once trained with our customers requirements / scope should require minimal supervision. It is essential that individuals in these positions be self-motivated, able to work in a timely fashion and independent of others.

*This position does require a national criminal background check. Applicants that have misdemeanor offences are encouraged to apply.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following;

* Removing trash from office areas, throughout the facility's as required in the customers scope of cleaning services.

*Sweeping and mopping various areas throughout the facility including showers, bathrooms depending on the facility scope of services.

*Keeping all restrooms stocked with paper products, hand soaps. Cleaning vanities and toilet areas. Sweeping and mopping the bathroom areas throughout per the customers scope of service and cleaning schedule.

*Vacuuming all carpeted areas in the general office areas as well as removing trash and dusting areas as indicated.

*Repeating the cleaning process throughout the shift to ensure a clean environment.

We are currently serving the areas of Morganton, Marion, Lenoir, Nebo, Newton and Conover from our Morganton office.
