Role Description
Full-time on-site roles for the following positions:
- Pre-k Support Teacher
- Kinder Lead Teacher
- Kinder Support Teacher
- First Grade Lead Teacher
- Second Grade Lead Teacher
- Third Grade Lead Teacher
In these roles, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Spanish language instruction, creating engaging lesson plans, and fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include curriculum development, individual and group tutoring, and collaborating with colleagues to promote a bilingual academic culture. You will also be expected to support students in achieving Spanish fluency while meeting academic benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Spanish Teaching and general Teaching methods
- Skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to foster effective learning
- Experience tutoring and providing individualized student support
- Strong verbal and written proficiency in Spanish and English
- Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Valid teaching certification in Spanish or the eligibility to obtain one
- Experience in dual language or immersion programs is highly beneficial
