Job Title: UI Architect
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Key Responsibilities:
Mobile application Development Necessary
- Define and drive the front-end architecture using React.js and best design practices.
- Create reusable UI components and micro frontend strategies.
- Collaborate with back-end engineers to ensure smooth API integration (Java/Spring Boot).
- Implement and enforce coding standards, design guidelines, and UI performance benchmarks.
- Support DevOps and CI/CD processes for front-end deployments.
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to the UI development team.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of UI development experience with 3 years in an architectural role.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Proven experience integrating with Java/Spring Boot services.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and front-end state management (Redux, Context API).
- Experience with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and testing libraries like Jest/Cypress.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and version control systems (Git).
Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design
