The Contractor - Scrum Master is accountable for the adoption of Scrum methodology throughout client Information Technology department. The Scrum Master will be responsible for coordinating the work of project teams to produce and enhance applications and services. The Scrum Master will also collaborate with the Agile Coach to guide software development in a new way.
This position will be responsible for multiple Scrum teams, helping them mature their practices and identify and resolve impediments delaying progress or distracting them from achieving optimal performance. The Scrum Master is the bridge between development, product owners, and stakeholders.
The Scrum Master will report to the Agile Coach - Software Development and is performed out of Somerset, NJ office location.
