Job Title: SAP S4 HANA Project Manager
Duration: 6 Months w/ possible extension.
Location: Mason, OH (50% onsite travel is required – expenses paid)
Job Summary
Client is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee the RISE with SAP implementation within client's Fire Division.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful transition to SAP S/4HANA and drive the project to meet its objectives within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end project management of the RISE with SAP implementation in the Fire Division.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, stakeholders, and SAP consultants.
Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure project goals, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
Drive the adoption of best practices and SAP S/4HANA functionalities within the Fire Division.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology).
Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on SAP implementations.
Extensive Experience With SAP S/4HANA Implementations Is Required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or SAP Project Management Certification is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the Facilities Services, Fire or Emergency Services industry.
Familiarity with the RISE with SAP methodology.
Previous experience with transitioning from home-grown/Legacy systems to SAP.
