Job Description
Project: Implement e-bill express. stand alone product Take ach and card payments (credit or debit), build online payment sites where people can go in and make their payments. Ex: build a payment site with their logo etc where people can go in and make their invoice. ability to create a statement of work, keep the project moving. Small team, 6 people, implementations have increased in the last year - hoping to build to a staff of 10 for ebill.
Day to day: for someone fully trained, the ideal: 10-14 implementations/customers that thy are implementing with ebill express. may meet with some customers, a sales partner, etc. implementing/implementation tracking tool to update and track notes. receive the implementation, reach out to intro yourself, set up time for kick off meeting, review statement of work, review timeline, weekly meeting for 5 weeks before we go live and go to monitoring, team meetings, implementing with the customer
Must have: project management, good comms, work in all levels of a company, may work with w bookkeeper, implemented, work with all levels of the sales team, some technical aptitude - have to build and configure the site - just checking the boxes, not writing the code.
Nice to have: 2 yrs of project management , some technical aptitude , good comms, desire to learn, good attitude
Location: Chandler - may be moving to tempe office
