Role Description
This is a freelance, on-site role for a Spanish Interpreter based in Philadelphia, PA. The Spanish Interpreter will facilitate effective communication by translating spoken content between Spanish and English. Daily responsibilities include providing interpretation in medical and other professional settings, and ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy during interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Interpretation and knowledge of medical terminology in both Spanish and English
- .Legal terminology is a plus
- Strong expertise in Interpreting and delivering high-quality Language Services
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in both Spanish and English
- Cultural competency and ability to navigate cross-cultural communication effectively
- Certification in interpretation and/or relevant fieldwork is preferred
- Availability to work on-site in Philadelphia, PA
- Previous experience in the healthcare or interpretation industry is an advantage
