Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with strong Oracle CPQ expertise to lead Oracle CPQ implementation and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, program management experience, and the ability to work effectively with business, commercial, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle CPQ implementation and transformation programs from planning through delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, commercial, IT, architecture, and technical functions.
- Drive technical implementation activities while ensuring alignment with business objectives and processes.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, business processes, and solution priorities.
- Oversee integrations between Oracle CPQ and commerce platforms, including headless commerce integrations.
- Coordinate integrations between Oracle CPQ and Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion.
- Support business process transformation and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain delivery timelines.
- Provide regular program status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure successful testing, deployment, rollout, and stabilization of Oracle CPQ solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience leading Oracle CPQ implementations and programs.
- Proven experience managing Oracle CPQ projects or transformation initiatives.
- Experience with headless integrations involving commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of Oracle CPQ integrations with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion.
- Experience working across business, commercial, and technical stakeholder groups.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and multiple workstreams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application integrations and business process transformation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, technology, or data infrastructure environments.
- Experience with eCommerce or digital commerce platforms.
- Experience managing Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus.
