About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with strong domain expertise in Turbine and Compressor Disk Manufacturing within the Gas Turbine or Aerospace industry.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize manufacturing processes related to turbine and compressor disk production.
- Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing methods, tooling, and process workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production.
- Analyze manufacturing issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
- Support process validation, root cause analysis, and production troubleshooting activities.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Turbine/Compressor Disk Manufacturing.
- Strong background in the Gas Turbine and/or Aerospace industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, tooling, and process optimization.
- Experience working in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
