We’re Hiring: Time and Labor Functional Lead (Kronos)
Are you a Kronos expert who thrives at the intersection of technology and workforce strategy? We are looking for a Time and Labor Lead to join our team onsite in Irvine, CA, to spearhead our workforce management initiatives.
In this role, you’ll leverage your deep technical expertise in Kronos WFC and WFD to drive implementation, optimize scheduling, and ensure our global workforce stays in sync.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Implement: Drive end-to-end implementation and support projects for Kronos WFC, WFD (Dimensions), and WFR (Ready).
Optimize Operations: Apply functional expertise across timekeeping, forecasting, accruals, attendance, and activity modules.
Architect Interfaces: Develop and manage complex interfaces using WIM (for WFC) and middleware solutions like Dell Boomi (for WFR).
Strategic Compliance: Manage critical WFM disciplines including leave management, overtime compliance, and incentive pay structures.
Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 7 years in Information Technology, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience specifically in Kronos WFC/WFD.
Technical Mastery: Proven track record in interface development and system integration.
Functional Depth: Deep understanding of schedule optimization, productivity tracking (idle time/utilization), and employee self-service (ESS).
Communication Skills: The ability to lead high-level discussions and manage stakeholder expectations with ease.
