🚨 HIRING: Senior Business Analyst, Risk & Regulatory (7-8 Years Experience) 🚨

We're looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to drive critical risk and regulatory initiatives. This is a Full-Time, Onsite role at one of our three core locations.

If you have 7-8 years of dedicated experience translating complex regulations into actionable business solutions, we want you on our team.

Key Skills & Experience Pointers (Must-Haves):

We are specifically seeking proficiency in the following areas:

• Regulatory Expertise: Deep working knowledge of major financial regulations (e.g., Basel III, CCAR, Dodd-Frank, MiFID II, AML/KYC).
• Analysis & Documentation: Proven ability to conduct Gap Analysis and Impact Assessments. Expert in creating detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
• Data & Technology: Strong Data Analysis and Data Mapping skills, especially related to regulatory reporting and data lineage. Experience with risk management software and SQL is a plus.
• Process Re-Engineering: Experience in Process Mapping (AS-IS/TO-BE) to optimize controls, streamline compliance processes, and improve the control environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of driving consensus across Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and IT stakeholders.
• Project Delivery: Experience managing the BA lifecycle within large-scale, enterprise-level regulatory or compliance projects.
