Salesforce Business Analyst - Remote (Candidate should be residing in USA to apply for this role.)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role will focus on gathering requirements, driving process improvements, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions aligned with business objectives.
Important Requirement
This position requires eligibility to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance. As a result, only U.S. citizens are eligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring 5 years of experience in Salesforce-focused roles, with strong functional expertise
- Experience working with federal projects
- Develop a deep understanding of business processes to effectively translate needs into solutions
- Gather and refine requirements through bi-weekly collaboration sessions with business stakeholders
- Create clear and actionable user stories in Jira, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Facilitate Product Owner reviews to validate requirements and secure formal acceptance
- Maintain comprehensive user and product documentation to support adoption and ongoing use
- Lead business process mapping to identify gaps and optimization opportunities
- Act as a key liaison between business and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery
- Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience in UAT planning and execution
- Strong documentation and process-mapping skills
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, and or Business Analyst)
- Exposure to integrations and API-based systems
