We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Lead/Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, align business needs with technical solutions, and ensure the integrity, security, and performance of the Salesforce platform. This role requires deep technical expertise, business acumen, and a strategic mindset to drive digital transformation and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and scalable architecture standards.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce best practices.
- Lead and participate in architecture, design, and implementation reviews.
- Define data models, integration patterns, and technical architecture of Salesforce and connected systems.
- Oversee system configuration, custom development, and third-party integrations.
- Provide technical guidance to Salesforce developers, admins, and business analysts.
- Evaluate and implement new Salesforce technologies and features.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Document architectural decisions, processes, and solution designs.
- Support project planning, effort estimation, and delivery timelines.
