Position: Shift Manager / Shift Leader

Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour (based on experience) tip-share

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support crew members during daily service, lunch rushes, and dinner peak hours.
- Ensure all pizzas, sides, and orders adhere strictly to Marco's quality and recipe standards.
- Manage opening and closing store procedures, cash drawer counts, and safe reconciliation.
- Train and onboard new team members on food preparation, guest hospitality, and kitchen safety.
- Maintain clean store conditions, restock inventory, and uphold strict food sanitation guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, phone orders, and resolve service issues quickly and professionally.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior leadership, shift lead, or key-holder experience in pizza, fast-casual, or retail preferred
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Dependable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to obtain or hold a valid Texas Food Handler or Food Manager certification
- Comfort working in a fast-paced kitchen environment during peak rush times
