We're growing — and looking for a CPA/EA who wants more than just another tax season
At Global Accounting LLC, we're not your typical accounting firm. We're 70 people strong, working with hundreds of U.S. small businesses, and we're building something bigger through our CFO advisory brand, SmallBiz CFO — helping owners actually understand their numbers, not just file them away every April.
We're hiring a full-time, remote CPA or EA to step into a role that blends technical tax expertise with real leadership.
The role, in short:
You'll review and finalize tax returns, lead a team, own client relationships, and help us build better processes as we scale. This isn't a "sit in the corner and crunch numbers" job — you'll be client-facing, team-facing, and process-minded.
You're a great fit if you:
- Have 2–7 years of tax and accounting experience under your belt
- Hold an active CPA or EA license (USA-based)
- Know individual and business taxation inside and out — compliance, planning, filing, all of it
- Have led or mentored a team before, or are ready to
- Are naturally organized and can juggle multiple clients without missing a beat
- Communicate clearly and professionally — clients should feel taken care of, every time
- Are comfortable in cloud-based tax and accounting tools
