Fast-Track Manager in Training – Assistant Store Manager Wanted!
Pay: $15.00–$25.00 per hour (base bonus potential)

This is not your typical "maybe someday" career opportunity. We're looking for a Manager in Training who’s ready to learn fast, lead boldly, and GLOW up into a powerhouse Store Manager. If you've got what it takes, we’ve got the roadmap, the support, and the leadership path ready for you.
What You’ll Be Doing (Right Away):
- Delivering top-notch customer service and energizing the team
- Mastering daily salon operations: sales, scheduling, inventory, and equipment
- Hitting key sales benchmarks and driving the team to meet goals
- Supporting training, coaching, and maintaining Glo standards
- Leading by example with positive vibes and professionalism
Your Fast-Track Timeline:
- 30 Days: Master core operations, achieve personal sales targets, and demonstrate leadership presence.
- 60 Days: Confidently coach others, contribute to salon success, and start taking ownership of store-level goals.
- 90 Days: Eligible for promotion to Store Manager upon meeting benchmarks in sales, staffing, reviews, and leadership behaviors.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years in sales or customer service (bonus points for retail leadership)
- High-energy, goal-oriented, and unapologetically ambitious
- Open availability, including evenings and weekends
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-standard environments
