Overview
As a Spa Consultant, you’ll be the face of Glo—welcoming guests, maintaining salon cleanliness, and delivering top-tier service. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Requirements
- Ability to open/close salon independently (location-dependent)
- Able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 10 lbs
- Quick and efficient when cleaning or assisting clients
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Stay motivated and goal-oriented
- Recommend personalized products and services
Customer Service
- Deliver a one-of-a-kind experience for every client
- Provide exceptional support to new and returning guests
- Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Maintain a pristine salon environment
- Assist with deep cleanings and audit preparation
- Report equipment issues and perform basic troubleshooting
Compensation
$12-$18 per hour blended pay!
