Glo Tanning is coming to Greensboro! We are needing to fully staff our salon with incredible sales and customer service -focused individuals. If you are fun, friendly, outgoing and dedicated, this role is perfect for you!

OVERVIEW

At Glo Tanning, Retail Sales Associates are known as Spa Consultants. As a spa consultant, you’ll be in charge of greeting and assisting all clients that come in, maintaining the salon overall, and being the face of Glo. Glo Tanning is looking for individuals who are FUN, FRIENDLY, OUTGOING, and DEDICATED people who love to be tan and help make others feel their best! Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Always be prepared to bring your smile and personality!

Requirements

• Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds
• Quick on your feet to assist in cleaning our services and assisting clients
• High school diploma or equivalent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales:

• Meet and exceed sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Maintain motivation and be driven by achieving results.
• Provide expert recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.

Customer Service:

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
• Create a one-of-a-kind, personalized experience for every client.
• Exceed client expectations by going above and beyond, building strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Salon Cleanliness & Maintenance:

• Ensure the salon remains spotless and organized.
• Participate in regular deep cleaning tasks throughout the salon.
• Demonstrate pride in the workplace by maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Assist in preparing the salon for audits and inspections.
• Troubleshoot and assist with minor equipment repairs, escalating issues to the maintenance team when necessary.

COMPENSATION

• $12-$18 per hour blended pay
