At Green Leaf Kratom, our mission is to ensure quality and excellence in the many things we do. Since we are the sole manufacturers of the brand, our facility and field team is responsible for all production and distribution of the brand. For the thousands of people relying on our brand, our warehouse, and our personnel, our work is critical for supplying everyday people with the pain relief they need to get through their day. The selected candidate will be exposed to opportunities to learn negotiating, marketing, networking, etc. This position is ideal for "self-starters" and "go-getters", with much of the tasks involving direct action. We are looking for a candidate who is motivated to build and meaningful and fulfilling career in businesses related to wholesale, retail, consumer goods, sales, and consulting.

Part-time Earning Potential: $2200 - $3800
Full-time Earning Potential: $4400 - $6400
Probationary Period
The selected candidate will be required to undergo training, as with any new hire. Based on the pace and capacity of the new candidate, training typically lasts between 2-8 weeks.
Compensation During Probationary Period: $19/hour Commission
Responsibilities
- Schedule tabling services with wholesale customers
- Perform tabling services for wholesale customers
- Perform merchandising services for wholesale customers
- Engage with retail and wholesale customers to nurture customer relations and promote positive exposure of the Green Leaf Kratom brand
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, ensuring customers understand the value of our offerings.
- Report progress based on customer feedback
- Take note of customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and improve product offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with clients.
- Utilize speaking skills to present products or services confidently in front of people in individual or group setting
Required Experience
- A background of 1-2 years or more in sales or related position(s)
- Aptitude for dealing with people, especially in business environments
- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in kratom, kava, or related industry
- Experience in tabling-mediated-sales, presentation, public speaking, or similar skills are considered highly valuable for this position
- New product design & development
- New product launch / marketing
- Experience in social media management, including content creation and audience engagement strategies.
- Background in event marketing or public speaking will be considered an asset.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
