Duties
- Prepare a variety of food items with precision, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve customers with enthusiasm, providing excellent customer service and engaging in upselling to enhance sales.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep area, dining space, and equipment.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality.
- Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations as needed to ensure smooth service flow.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation within quick service or fast-food environments.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless transaction processing.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in food handling and sanitation practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods confidently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy.
