Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using technologies such as Vue, NextJS, NestJS, PHP and AWS
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to enable smooth communication between front-end interfaces and back-end services.
- Optimize application performance across various platforms by leveraging knowledge of IT infrastructure, Linux, AWS, SQL
- Integrate third-party APIs and develop custom APIs to extend application capabilities.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to uphold best practices in software development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes by adopting cutting edge AI assistance/tooling
Experience
- Proven experience in full-stack web development with a strong foundation in JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and integration techniques.
- Experience working with AI tooling (claude, chatgpt, etc)
- Proven non over-reliance on AI tooling
- Proficiency with version control systems such as GitHub, Notion
