Trial Attorney

Glisson Law
Alton, IL Full Time
POSTED ON 3/28/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 4/26/2026

Position Overview

Glisson Law is seeking a motivated and experienced plaintiff Trial Attorney to join our growing team and play a key role in advancing complex injury cases from intake through resolution. This position is designed for an attorney who is not only capable of independently managing a full caseload, but who also brings a strategic, trial-focused mindset to every stage of litigation.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable stepping into complex cases, identifying key liability theories, shaping discovery, and building compelling damages narratives that position cases for maximum recovery—whether through settlement or trial. You will be expected to take ownership of your files while working closely with our partners on case strategy, especially in high-exposure matters.

This role offers significant hands-on litigation experience, including direct client interaction, depositions, motion practice, negotiations, and courtroom advocacy. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, many of which involve substantial damages and complex legal issues.

Because we are a plaintiff-focused firm that prepares every case as if it will go to trial, this position is best suited for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in high-pressure situations. Prior experience in personal injury litigation is preferred
