We are hiring one reliable and professional individual to attend a mandatory site walkthrough on our behalf.
This is a strict, all-or-nothing assignment. Attendance is recorded by the contracting authority.

Mandatory Site Visit Location
You will attend walkthroughs at Eastern Time Roberts Building
Scheduled for April 23 at 10:00 AM
Important Instructions (Read Carefully)
- You must arrive early at the first site
- You must follow the group schedule for all locations
- You must attend every single site listed
- You must stay for the full duration
- You must sign in at each site using:
- Our company’s legal name
- Your name
Responsibilities
- Attend the full mandatory site walkthrough as our company representative
- Sign in and follow all instructions from the organizers
- Travel between locations using your own transportation
- Observe:
- Building layout
- Flooring types
- Washrooms
- Entry points
- General condition
- Take clear notes and photos (when permitted)
- Maintain a professional presence at all times
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Must be available April 23
- Must attend ALL locations from start to finish
- Must have reliable transportation in Jacksonville, Florida
- Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Must be comfortable representing a company professionally
- Must follow instructions exactly (no deviations)
- Must have a smartphone with a working camera
- Must be able to:
- Take clear photos
- Take basic notes
- Submit everything after the walkthrough
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in cleaning, janitorial, or facilities work
- Experience with school or government environments
- Interest in ongoing part-time or contract work
