Lead House Cleaner / Team Leader

We are hiring Texas’s best residential cleaner—with the experience to back it up.

About the role
You will lead residential cleaning appointments, train and mentor cleaners, and maintain our standards across homes. You set the example, correct issues in real time, and ensure work is done properly—every time.

Training & certification
Certification through Glisten Academy is preferred.
If not currently certified, this training will be provided as part of the role. We invest in serious professionals who take standards seriously.
Non-negotiable requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following:
- Minimum 5 years of residential cleaning experience
- At least 2 years managing or leading cleaning teams
- At least 1 year of demonstrated experience training cleaners
(residential cleaning or 5-star hotel housekeeping environments)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
