What You'll Do
- Lead and perform detailed residential cleaning appointments to Heritage's premium standards
- Represent Heritage Housekeepers as the face of the client experience — punctual, polished, professional
- Follow structured checklists and protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality results every visit
- Help train and set the tone for future team members as we grow

What We're Looking For
- Prior professional cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

- Ability to work independently and lead by example
- Willingness to complete Glisten Academy training/certification as part of onboarding
