What You’ll Do
- Clean residential homes (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)
- Follow a clear cleaning checklist and system
- Work independently after initial training
- Maintain consistent quality across all jobs
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and on time (this is critical)
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have reliable transportation
Compensation & Growth
- Starting pay: $20/hour
- Raises based on performance and consistency
- Healthcare eligibility after 3 months
- Mileage reimbursement after 3 months
