As a key member of our sales team, you’ll play an essential role in driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. You’ll engage with both new and existing customers, helping them discover solutions that elevate their success.
- Drive revenue growth by promoting products and services through a mix of inbound and outbound sales activities, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Manage a dynamic daily workflow, balancing customer conversations, follow-ups, and administrative tasks to achieve team sales and service goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, recommending complementary solutions that deliver real value to customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, lasting relationships and ensuring their needs are met in a way that supports long-term success.
- Deliver compelling, confident product presentations that showcase the value and differentiation of our offerings while enhancing brand awareness.
- Act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on product features, specifications, and innovations.
- Proactively uncover new business opportunities, bringing a professional, efficient, and customer-first approach to outreach.
- Contribute ideas that shape the business, including input on product enhancements, marketing strategies, and customer engagement approaches.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, leveraging your network and market insight to inform sales strategy.
- Represent the company at trade shows and events, engaging customers, gathering competitive intelligence, and promoting our brand.
- Support team development by sharing knowledge, training new hires, and mentoring colleagues as needed.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities that help the team and business succeed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in a dental-related field (preferred)
- 3 years of inside sales experience, ideally in a high-volume or call center environment
- Experience within the dental industry (3 years preferred)
- Knowledge of dental implants is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Pay Range: $25.79-$34.00/hr
Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
