As a Site Leader, you are responsible for people, performance, and operations.
Customer Experience & Operations
- Ensure speed, safety, and quality across all wash operations
- Maintain site presentation, cleanliness, and equipment functionality
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and damage claims professionally
- Oversee opening, closing, and daily operational execution
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop your team
- Coach Customer Service Attendants and leaders through growth pathways
- Lead team meetings and create a high-performance culture
- Enforce safety standards and accountability systems
- Drive car count, membership growth, and overall site performance
- Manage labor, utilities, and chemical usage to hit budget targets
- Ensure preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Review payroll, maintain employee records, and manage HR communication
- Complete audits, reporting, and inventory management
- Ensure operational consistency and compliance
