Overview
We are seeking self motivated people who align with our values of integrity and hard work. Looking for individuals ready to join a growing team in a booming industry. Glide has doubled in size the last 3 years and is looking for those ready to grow and develop the inside sales department. This role is an hourly base plus commission expecting to make OTE 83k annually.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest in our products and services.
- Maintain and update customer information in our CRM software.
- Use GoHIghLevel or similar software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress towards sales goals.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- 2 years of sales experience needed, d2d experience preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as GoHighLevel for managing customer interactions and tracking sales performance.
- Ability to work independently.
