What You’ll Be Doing
Installing a variety of siding products (vinyl, fiber cement, etc.) on residential properties
Reading blueprints and measurements to ensure precise installation
Working as part of a team to complete projects safely and on schedule
Maintaining a clean, organized, and respectful job site
Communicating clearly with team leads and homeowners when needed
Ensuring every job meets or exceeds Glick’s high standards of quality
What We’re Looking For
Willing to train
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
Steady, reliable, and safety-conscious work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of conditions
Able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
Team player who values respectful communication and a positive environment
