The Director owns performance of the infusion P\&L (revenue, cost, margin), leads strategic planning for the infusion program, and partners cross-functionally to optimize access, utilization, throughput, patient experience, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a prepared infusion center with adequate clinical/office supplies, functioning equipment, and standardized workflows to support safe, efficient daily operations and patient flow.
- Own the infusion business line performance, including revenue, direct/indirect costs, and contribution margin; ensure profitability goals are achieved and sustained.
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly operating plans for the infusion center aligned with organizational strategy and growth objectives.
- Partner with Revenue Cycle/RCM leadership to optimize reimbursement and cash performance for infusion services (authorizations, charge capture, denials, AR aging, collection yield).
- Directly supervises infusion center staff (clinical and administrative as applicable).
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or related field (required); advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare operations experience, with at least 2 years in an infusion center or comparable outpatient service line; demonstrated ownership of financial performance and operational improvement.
- Licensed Registered Nurse
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
