Duties

- Utilize effective communication skills to promote products and drive sales.
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register and POS system, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
- Apply retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product discounts.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and retail transactions.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus.
