Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Glenwood Springs, CO
Pay: $50-$55
Status: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN
$7,500 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Do:
- Patient Evaluations & Treatment Plans: Assess patient abilities and develop personalized rehab plans.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
- Collaboration & Progress Monitoring: Work with the healthcare team and track patient progress to adjust care as needed.
- Patient Education & Discharge Planning: Teach self-care techniques for long-term independence and prepare patients for discharge.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records in accordance with all regulatory guidelines.
What You'll Need:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of CO
- Support offered in transferring of license.
- This position is open to PTs at all experience levels.
