Director of Nursing (DON)
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Status: Full-Time
Pay: $115,000–$130,000

We’re hiring a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations and provide clear direction and support to the nursing team. This role has full oversight of nursing services and plays a key part in maintaining clinical standards, team performance, and overall consistency in care.

Key responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing operations and clinical outcomes
- Lead, support, and develop the nursing team
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Partner with the interdisciplinary team to maintain strong care planning
- Support hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Colorado
- Previous DON or strong ADON experience in skilled nursing
- Proven leadership experience in a SNF or long-term care setting
