What are the responsibilities and job description for the Package Escort position at Glenwood Management Corp?

Applicants must have flexible availability to work all shifts: Mornings, Evenings, and Weekends shifts are required.
Duties include but are not limited to:*
- Delivering/Escorting Packages to Residents in a safe manner (Food, Pharmacy, Groceries, Packages, etc.)
- Escorting vendors to and from management office
- Logging packages in & out of our Building Link system.
- Organizing package room/Storage rooms for bikes & suitcases
- Tagging/marking packages/bikes/luggage's as needed
- Assisting management with filing/making copies of keys, organizing.
- Assisting with apartment lock-outs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Positive and attentive demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Applicants must be punctual, reliable and consistent team player
- Prior experience working within luxury residential buildings preferred
- Basic computer skills a plus
