What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Site Property Manager position at Glenwood Management Corp.?

Essential Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between managers, tenants and owners
- Provide new residents with orientation and walk-through of property
- Maintain property records regarding tenant information such as updating personal information, move in/move out controls and notify essential parties
- Coordinate changes in tenancy to ensure efficient move ins and move outs
- Maintain monthly maintenance logs and record all appliance information
- Report any violations of building policies, rules, and regulations of tenants, visitors, and staff to your Management Supervisor
- Answer, screen and transfer phone calls
- Upkeep of the computer software systems including but not limited to: S.O.S, ADP Time and Attendance, Building Link
- Assist in the administration, improvement, maintenance, and general operations of the residential properties
- Verify and submit weekly time sheets to the Payroll Department
- Maintain filing systems as assigned
Position may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as needed and when requested.
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent Administrative, Organizational and Communication skills
- Yardi Experience required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
