About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Project Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage customer inquiries — whether online, over the phone, or in person — prepare quotes, schedule projects, and coordinate communication between our sales, shop, and field teams. You’ll play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring every project runs smoothly from quote to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
Take and process over-the-counter orders for screens, repairs, or products.
Prepare and send accurate quotes and proposals for glazing and installation services.
Coordinate project flow — from measurement and ordering to installation scheduling.
Order materials and ensure timely delivery to meet project timelines.
Track job progress and communicate with customers throughout each project.
Collaborate with field installers and shop staff to ensure quality and readiness.
Follow up post-installation for customer satisfaction and potential referrals.
Maintain detailed records in CRM, job tracking software, and QuickBooks.
Contribute to continuous improvement in quoting, scheduling, and customer processes.
Qualifications
Required:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience handling incoming calls or walk-in customers
Proficiency with CRM or project tracking systems
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to manage multiple active projects and deadlines
Professional phone and in-person etiquette
Preferred:
