Looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team of customer service professionals.
· Must be dependable and available to work 1st SHIFT, weekends and Holidays. This person must be reliable
· Must be able to multi-task
· Have computer experience
- Have Hotel Experience at front desk
· Excellent customer service
· Great communication skills
· Telephone and accurate typing skills.
Some of the responsibilities may include:
· Answering and routing calls
· Greeting visitors
· Answering questions pertaining to the hotel, services, travel directions.
· Organize, confirm, process and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs,
· Room reservations, requests, changes and cancellations,
· Secure payment.
· Activate and distribute room keys.
· Thank guests with genuine appreciation
· Must be well groomed and have good hygiene
. Must be willing to submit to a drug test
This is a full-time position. Experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
