Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role based in Ojai, CA, for a Driver. The Driver will be responsible for transporting residents, staff, and/or materials safely and in a timely manner. Day-to-day tasks include operating and maintaining vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, assisting residents with boarding and disembarking, and providing excellent customer service to meet the needs of the community. The Driver will also perform vehicle inspections and ensure proper cleanliness and functionality of the assigned vehicle.
Qualifications
- Proven Truck Driving experience with a valid CDL Class A license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to ensure vehicle safety and drive long distances as necessary
- Punctuality, reliability, and strong organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Familiarity with local roads and transportation routes is a plus
