We are seeking a knowledgeable Account Manager to join our team at Elemet Group. The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) accounts for the company. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs, and ensuring seamless delivery of products and services. The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams, driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with assigned OEM accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all business matters.
• Identify customer needs, challenges, and opportunities to align manufacturing capabilities with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, production, quality, etc.) to meet customer expectations and resolve issues.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and budgets for assigned accounts; develop action plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitive insights to leadership.
• Lead customer satisfaction initiatives by:
o Distributing and monitoring customer surveys
o Managing the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process for assigned accounts.
o Analyzing feedback to identify trends and areas of improvement.
o Partnering with internal teams to address issues and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with engineering, production and sales to support new product introductions.
• Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Assist/support the Sales department with additional duties as necessary
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of account management or sales experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Proven track record of managing OEM accounts and achieving sales growth.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and product lifecycle management.

The expected base pay range for this position is between $50,000 and $75,000 per year. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
